Cancellation Policy
When booking an appointment at Vienna Salon & Spa, a deposit of the service cost is required to secure your spot. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment time or in the case of a no-show. The deposit will be deducted from the total service cost upon completion of your appointment. This policy is in place to ensure that I can continue offering the best possible service and availability to all our clients.
